HQCEC & Huajin Chemical join to revamp ethylene project

The singing ceremony of Liaoning Huajin Chemical Industry Group Ethylene Revamping Project was held on October 12, 2006. HQCEC Vice President Luo Zijian, Zhang Laiyong, General Manager of North China Business Area Wang Wei attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Huajin Group President Feng Enliang, and HQCEC Vice President Luo Zijian delivered speech respectively to declare the willingness to closely cooperate with each other.

Huajin Group Vice President Yu Guohong and HQCEC Vice President Zhang Laiyong signed the contract on behalf of the two companies.

The completion of the Huajin Chemical Industry Group Ethylene Revamping Project is expected to enhance the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of Huajin Group, and to play an important role in vitalizing the northeast old industrial base and local economy.
