The supervisory board of Lenzing AG at its latest meeting extended the contracts for chief financial officer Peter Untersperger (46) and member of the management board Christian Reisinger (46) to the year 2010. The contracts of these two members of the management board were due to expire in the spring of 2007.
The mandate of the chairman of the management board, Thomas Fahnemann (45), had already been extended to the year 2011 last year.
"The performance of the management board team in promoting the further internationalization of Lenzing AG in the last years has been outstanding. The extension of these management board mandates is an expression of confidence by the supervisory board that we, with this team, will successfully advance the continued expansion of the Lenzing Group in an environment of global competition." explained Karl Schmutzer, chairman of the supervisory board.
