Teijin to shake-hands with Pantagonia to recycle polyester

Leading textile maker, Teijin Ltd will make tie-up arrangements with Patagonia Inc, a leading US outdoor clothing company, to recycle polyester clothing in the US and Japan, begining from next month, informed Teijin officials.
Teijin has been recycling the operations with nearly 70 local apparel manufacturers and trading firms, said the officials.
This joint venture will be first-ever time for a Japanese textile maker to join hands with a manufacturer from US.
