As a further confirmation of Aquafil's 'European' Quality and Market commitment, when asked if this additional capacity was aimed to be sold to the high volume Asian markets, Dr. Bonazzi replied: “Absolutely not! The business model, which has allowed Aquafil to achieve a significant market position and create value for its shareholders, in Europe's difficult and shrinking textile filament business, continues to be focused on being the preferred partner to the few but strong and healthy textile companies which need and want to keep their manufacturing operations in Italy and Europe.”
