Kakatiya Textiles adopt profit & loss account at AGM

Kakatiya Textiles Ltd has informed that the members of the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Balance Sheet as at that date and the reports of the Directors' and the Auditors.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sumanth Ramamurthi & Mr. CSK Prabhu as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. K Ravi & Co, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & Conditions.
