Uniroyal Textile reappoints Mr Akhil as Executive Director

Uniroyal Textile Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended on that date along with the Directors Reports and Auditors Reports thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. K K Malik & Mr Sanjiv Kumar Gupta, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Sud Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the Conclusion of 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. Akhil Mahajan as Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. September 01, 2006, on remuneration terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Mr. Abhay Mahajan, as Director on the Board of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
7. Appointment of Mr. Abhay Mahajan, as Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. April 02, 2007, on remuneration terms & conditions.
