Net sales of the Company's Floorcoverings segment were $75.3 million for the thirteen weeks ended October 29, 2005 as compared to $76.8 million for the thirteen weeks ended October 30, 2004, a decrease of $1.5 million or 2.0 Percent, primarily attributable to the North American operations.
