Billabong selects Aptos Singular Commerce suite for retail

Aptos, Inc., a market leader in retail technology solutions, has announced that iconic surf lifestyle company, Billabong International Limited, has selected the Aptos Singular Commerce platform to support continuous innovation in omni-channel retailing across its global enterprise. Billabong’s core business is building global brands from action sports.

The Aptos solutions Billabong plans to deploy include Aptos Store for point of sale, customer relationship management, enterprise order management, merchandising, and audit and operations management — all in the cloud.

With Aptos’ market-leading solutions, Billabong will be able to blend its physical and digital retail channels and support orchestration of complex omni-channel journeys through a single view of customers, inventory, orders and more. With Aptos’ Singular Commerce platform and end-to-end cloud solutions, Billabong will integrate every part of its retail enterprise to enable truly seamless customer experiences - no matter where, when or how its customers shop.
