Mi9 Retail & DataByte to deliver omni-channel solutions

Mi9 Retail, a leading global supplier of omni-channel retail software, has announced that it has signed a new partnership with DataByte, a retail systems integrator based in Sydney, Australia, to deliver omni-channel retail solutions to Australia market. DataByte was founded in 2002 to form a fully rounded IT support and development team.

Over the past 15 years, the company has developed deep domain expertise in retail systems, having implemented hundreds of retail solutions for leading commercial brands across the country.

James Noonan, director at DataByte said, “DataByte has successfully implemented and supported many retailers with their ongoing software needs. Retailing remains a dynamic business sector and at DataByte, we continually strive to deliver on time and on budget solutions for our customers. We are excited with the new partnership between DataByte and Mi9 Retail, as this will allow both companies to deliver a strong and effective product to the Australian retail sector, and ensure top level support.”

Mi9 Retail has existing customers in the region that span retail industries including footwear, fashion and apparel, jewellery, and specialty.
