Simparel Inc, the fastest growing apparel manufacturing software solution provider in North America, announces the appointment of industry veteran Roberto Mangual as Director of Services.

Mr. Mangual is the latest addition to the software company's expanding ERP solution delivery team. He is responsible for overseeing new customer implementations, as well as overseeing the Project Management and Customer Service Teams that service them to ensure all projects run smoothly and in a timely manner.

Mangual recently served as the Vice President of Operations and CIO of leading intimate apparel manufacturer Richard Leeds International for over 13 years.

While at Richard Leeds, Mangual led his team through two ERP implementations, giving him firsthand understanding of how ERP projects should be run. From his experience as the user group spokesperson during these ERP projects, Mangual was surprised and excited by what Simparel is capable of from both an operations and technology standpoint.

“I had been 'keeping tabs' on Ron (Grilli) since he joined Simparel as CEO,” stated Mangual. “When I was presented with the opportunity to join the company, I couldn't pass up the chance. I was at a point where I needed a new challenge, and saw such great growth potential with Simparel.” Added Mangual.

“I had seen demos of countless software providers while in my role at Richard Leeds Int'l, and nothing compared to Simparel in terms of functionality and ease of use. Had the software been on the market sooner, I would have absolutely chosen to implement Simparel.”

Ron Grilli, CEO of Simparel Inc. adds, “Roberto is a great addition to the Simparel team. With his depth of knowledge as a true 'super-user' from the customer perspective, he brings both technical and operational expertise to our company.

He understands the customer's needs and can guide them through successful implementations and business process improvements. He also brings new, exciting ideas to the table to consistently improve upon our Simparel offerings.”
