Flannels the UK’s largest independent luxury retail group, has upgraded its head office systems supplied by Eurostop so that all elements of the business are now fully integrated.  The retailer is now able to manage stock levels more closely ensuring stock is used to best meet customer demand.

In addition the website has been refreshed with more editable content, which is better for Search Engine Optimisation and also makes it more compelling for customers.  There are improved filters to help customers navigate to products more quickly and social networking features encouraging visitors to engage with the website.  For repeat visitors the system automatically displays their favourite social networks.

Lauren Shanks, e-commerce Manager at Flannels said; “The Eurostop system has enabled us to streamline our operations, ensuring that we manage stock as efficiently as possible, helping us to increase sell through and to capitalise on customer loyalty.  The improvements to the head office software has enabled us to offer targeted discounts to customers, and manage orders and returns more effectively.  With the Eurostop system Flannels now have a fully integrated multi-channel system with a robust platform from which to expand our business in future. ”

Deborah Loh, e-commerce Manager at Eurostop said, “Integration between the different aspects of a multi-channel operation has become increasingly important as retailers look to maximize profits.  Managing stock across multiple outlets is a key to ensuring good customer service, fulfilling orders promptly and margins maintained.  At Eurostop we understand these dynamics, and work with our clients to ensure that our systems are implemented to best help them meet their business requirements in these challenging times.”
