Mahindra Satyam, a leading global consulting and IT services provider, launched a new accelerated framework “Apparel & Fashion xPress” for Oracle Retail implementations. Apparel & Fashion xPress caters to specific business functionality requirements of Mid-market Fashion and Apparel Retailers in the areas of global sourcing and procurement.

Mahindra Satyam Oracle Retail Apparel & Fashion xPress will help those retailers who are aiming for growth through international expansion. The solution provides a proven framework for implementation of Single Instance Oracle Retail Merchandising, International Stock Ledger, Global Merchandise Restrictions, Integration with Wholesale Parties and Franchisees, and 3PL Warehouse Integration.

This solution also provides decision support features for better business user productivity and a solution accelerator to improve the internal supply chain efficiency.

“Having come from the apparel industry I know the amount of pressure that Retailers are under to optimize their operations. It is quite a challenge for mid market retailers to invest in a large scale ERP implementation and I am really excited to see an accelerated solution. I am sure this would help the retailers to be on a fast track implementation path and be ready to compete in the global market. We are keen in developing such solutions in the future also” said Shiv Ajagane, Vice President Retail Solutions, Mahindra Satyam.

“This Apparel & Fashion xPress Solution leverages pre-packaged accelerators to improve the implementation timelines, reduces operational costs and accelerates return on investment.” said Deependra Jain, Oracle Retail Practice Head, Mahindra Satyam.

Mahindra Satyam has successfully implemented Version 13 of Oracle Retail for a leading North American fashion retailer along with integrations with other best of breed applications (Manhattan WMS, PeopleSoft Finance, MID Allocation) using Oracle Fusion Middleware technology.

As an Oracle partner, Mahindra Satyam is one-of-the top providers of Oracle based solutions globally. Mahindra Satyam has also partnered with other leading Oracle Retail consulting firms such as Peter Hora & Associates, one-of-the earliest adopters of Oracle Retail from version 4.
