This half day event in Paris gathered together over 40 participants, among which: heads of Merchandising, Retail, Product Development, Supply Chain and IT from some of the most prestigious Fashion Retail companies on an international scale.
The focus of the day was how PLM and Integrated Retail Planning can support companies in their journey to a more collaborative, integrated and customer-centric organization. Key during the event was the presentation delivered by Didier Hemono, CIO of Kenzo (LVMH Group) who took an enthusiastic audience through the company experience and best practices in implementing TXTPLM, as well as results achieved in terms of transparency, consistency and the agility of the process as a whole.”
The live software demonstration by Amandine Roy, Senior Consultant at TXT showcased how the TXT solution integrates collection development with strategic planning, merchandise and assortment planning with visual capabilities, supporting each step of the collection lifecycle from concept to shelf.
“The unique value of our solution sits in its ability to connect planning and collection development seamlessly, so that all functions in the organization work towards the same goals, schedules and perception of the product right from the earliest stages,” commented Amandine Roy.
“The event,” she continued, “was a great opportunity to meet with delegates, discuss their daily challenges and the opportunities that an integrated planning approach can provide. With the trend towards faster innovation, more distributed and multichannel supply chains, the ability to gain end-to-end visibility whilst reconciling strategy and execution at every step is ever more strategic to companies in the sector.”
The event with Kenzo follows the success of the Thinking Retail Event held in March in London, which featured testimonials from TXT’s customers Aeropostale, Desigual, Jacques Vert and Louis Vuitton Mallettier.
TXT e-solutions is a leading provider of integrated and collaborative planning solutions for the Retail, Fashion and Consumer driven sectors.
