Norima hikes online user delight of EPH Apparel

Norima Consulting is proud to announce that the company has signed a multi-year agreement to overhaul the user experience for the ecommerce solution of an online men’s custom tailoring website, EPH Apparel. Benefits from the improved user experience include better presentation of EPH products and services, a modern and clean full screen design that adapts to multiple devices and screen resolutions, and improved usability and convenience.

As mentioned, EPH has taken advantage of Norima’s Level Pay Program which helps clients amortize the initial upfront software development costs across the duration of a multi-year managed service agreement. This feature makes Norima’s services more accessible and attractive to small and medium-sized businesses.

David Kuik, CEO of Norima consulting, said, “We are pleased to both have EPH as a new client as well as extend the benefits of our Level Pay Program. The clients who take advantage of this program really see the benefits of amortizing large capital IT expenditures to align more with their revenues, as opposed to the level of service Norima provides for any given month, which tend to fluctuate over the course of the agreement.”

“Norima has already proven to be a more than just an IT Managed Service provider,” said Maciek Hunek, Co-founder EPH Apparel. “Not only are they managing the delivery of IT solutions, development, and Application Managed Services, they have also implemented a financing program that helps us keep more capital at work within our business in the early years of the agreement.”

Even though there is an element of risk for Norima when offering the Level Pay Program, Kuik says, “We feel that the synergies of a long-term partnership with a growing company that has solid books brings a relevant value for our mid-market clients who are in need of capital intensive IT refresh initiatives.”

About EPH Apparel

EPH Apparel is a custom made menswear company that utilizes a unique approach, allowing each customer the ability to be the architect of their own suit at a fraction of the price of a traditional retailer. With custom suits starting at $299, we are one of lowest priced custom suit providers in the world. Born out of the frustration in finding suits that were both affordable and well-fitting, EPH Apparel launched in 2010 with the mission to offer every man the opportunity to purchase a custom made suit regardless of the size of his wallet.
