- Groupe ERAM, a 1.7 billion Euros French group, has selected Oracle Commerce to create a multi-site ecommerce platform for its shoes and apparel brands.
-With 1,650 stores across brands such as Eram and GEMO, Groupe ERAM wanted to extend its operations through a next level ecommerce strategy.
- Groupe ERAM selected Oracle Commerce to take advantage of a single platform to operate multiple integrated commerce sites.
-Groupe ERAM plans to roll out Oracle Commerce across 7 brands, ahead of a wider deployment, creating new ecommerce opportunities for some brands and replacing legacy open source solutions for others, which lacked the scalability, flexibility and functionality necessary to support the ecommerce ambitions.
-Oracle Commerce will help Groupe ERAM to deliver more personalized, relevant and connected experiences to its multi-channel customers, by promoting more targeted offers to drive cross- and up-sell opportunities and improve conversion rates, while helping to keep the costs in check thanks to a single platform.
- Oracle Commerce was selected following a comprehensive review of competitive solutions, and the implementation will be managed by Progiweb, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
"Groupe ERAM recognizes the importance of optimizing each customer interaction," said Mike Webster, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Oracle Retail. "Oracle Commerce helps retailers deliver on their business goals by enabling them to reinforce their brand philosophy through more relevant, personalized commerce experiences."
