The Antigua Group, Inc. a leading designer and marketer of lifestyle apparel and sportswear, has selected NGC Software’s extended fashion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution and Supply Chain Management (SCM) system.

The Antigua Group, Inc. selected NGC Software’s PLM and SCM solution as a strategic system to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and overall design/production efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery of the highest-quality apparel and sportswear. The Antigua Group will deploy NGC Software’s solution for capabilities that include PLM, costing, product testing, production tracking, quality management, packing and shipment tracking – providing an end-to-end solution for the entire product lifecycle, according to a statement.

Mark Burstein, president of sales, marketing and R&D, NGC, said “The Antigua Group, Inc. has built its business based on an exceptional track record of customer service and product quality, and NGC is proud to be associated with them. We are looking forward to working with the Antigua Group, Inc. as they look forward to another 35 years of outstanding performance.”

Using a PLM software, a fashion designer can work on a garment’s specifications exclusively. It helps a manufacturer to quickly and easily view a product’s details, the latest version, last modified details and helps overcome manufacturing errors, when a manufacturer handles hundreds of garments at a time, all at different levels of developmental stages.

Antigua Group, Inc. serves the apparel needs of the golf, licensed sports, corporate, and identity specialty retail markets.

NGC Software is a leading provider of PLM, SCM, ERP, and Shop Floor Control software and services for brands, retailers and consumer products companies. NGC solutions help increase profitability, reduce costs, improve speed to market and product quality, and manage compliance and testing. (GK)
