Italian fashion company, Bennetton, has chosen Cad.Assyst and Automarker, designing tools from the Human Solutions Group's Italian subsidiary, Sistemi Assyst, headquartered in Lainate, Milan.

Special additional functions have been individually programmed into Cad.Assyst and Automarker and precisely tailored to Benetton's requirements. Cad.Assyst replaced Investronica as the system of choice for Benetton, according to a company press release.

Peter Stampfli, CEO of Sistemi Assyst said, “We're delighted that Benetton has opted to use Cad.Assyst and Automarker. We have consistently developed both of these solutions in recent years. For us, Cad.Assyst is not just a design tool, it also provides efficient data management, and it can even be used as a communication tool, or as a means of providing methods and expertise. And the depth of interaction between 2D and 3D is constantly increasing. Our Automarker solution offers fully automated piece placement with optimal utilization: On Au-tomarker.com, you can calculate and manage as many markers as you wish at the same time and convert them into all established formats. The quality produced always remains consistent.”

Sistemi Assyst has been a reliable technology partner of the Italian apparel industry for more than 25 years. As part of the Human Solutions Group, Sistemi Assyst offers the perfect technologies and data for this integrated 3D, CAD and PLM solutions for efficient collection development in the world of fashion, body dimension data in CAD for sizing & fitting optimization in the apparel industry, and ERP and integrated management systems for shorter lead times in fashion.
