FORTUNE magazine has once again named SAP AG, the world's leading provider of business software solutions, in the publication's rankings of “America's Most Admired Companies.” Placing fifth in the Computer Software category, SAP was cited among world-class companies such as Microsoft and Intuit. The list of rankings is posted on www.fortune.com and appears in the March 17, 2008 issue of FORTUNE magazine.

With an overall score of 6.49, SAP achieved especially high ratings in innovation, people management, social responsibility, quality of management and quality of products and services. This is the second time that SAP has been recognized by FORTUNE: In 2006, the company ranked number three in the Computer Software category.

With more than 46,100 customers in more than 120 countries, SAP provides applications and services that enable companies of all sizes and in more than 25 industries to become best-run businesses.

“SAP is extremely proud to be recognized as one of 'America's Most Admired Companies',” said Bill McDermott, president and CEO, SAP Americas and Asia Pacific Japan. “This prestigious ranking confirms that our relentless focus on the customer is resonating in the industry and illustrates the innovation, drive and commitment of SAP employees in every aspect of our business.”
