Title Nine to implement MarketLive eCommerce Suite v5.5

MarketLive Inc, a leading eCommerce software and service provider for midsized retailers, announced Title Nine, a leading online apparel retailer for active women, selected the MarketLive eCommerce Suite v5.5 to power their eCommerce business. The move will allow Title Nine to increase sales by implementing new capabilities to get closer to customers. It will also allow for custom application development and improve integration with back-end systems.

"Recent enhancements to the MarketLive platform combined with a unique ability to understand and support our business proved to us that MarketLive was the best eCommerce partner going forward," said Janis Abbingsole, Director of Operations at Title Nine. "We're confident in working with MarketLive to implement the new capabilities that will strengthen our business by allowing us to get closer to our customers."

MarketLive eCommerce Suite v5.5 will allow Title Nine to add customer reviews and customer group personalization. Title Nine will also be able to provide better service by adding order history and status, and greater personalization to its site. "Our customers are huge fans and want to tell others about our unique products and excellent service," said Abbingsole. "By adding these capabilities, we can now leverage our customers as a powerful tool to help us market our products which we believe will increase sales."

In addition to getting closer to customers, MarketLive's integration services and open developer environment will enable Title Nine to develop custom applications and better integrate its eCommerce site with the company's back-end systems. "Using MarketLive's co-development environment, we can create applications that will allow us to deliver unique features to our customers," said Abbingsole. "This will improve the customer experience and further differentiate Title Nine from the competition."
