Inventory Management System comes up with the mention of Imonggo POS Software. According to small retailers who use Imonggo, this POS software is a revolutionary tool to manage inventory using advanced features not found in any other POS software in the market today. Amazingly, these features are easy to learn in under three minutes.

Jesse Lake, owner of an apparel store in Long Beach, California, says she loves Imonggo because it is web based. This allows her to check her store's inventory through Imonggo's instant stock card or transaction history any time of the day.

"I can check what's happening in my store even when I'm at home, or if I'm on vacation," she said. "I never have to worry about products going out-of-stock, because I can access my account everywhere. I can easily order more from my suppliers even when I'm away."

According to the Imonggo team, Imonggo's powerful inventory management tools allow users to view on-stock or out-of-stock items, and fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving items. It also tracks supplier/vendor purchases and returns, and automatically computes average cost while items are received from vendors. Physical count support is also available.

Cost history and price history, meanwhile, allows Jesse to track changes in the item's base and final prices. "This feature allows me to plan what to do for my store in the next month," she said.

Similarly, an innovation called the "multiple barcode system" allows users to easily adapt to changes in barcode from certain suppliers. Imonggo wisely solves this problem by allowing its users to assign multiple barcodes for one product.

The Imonggo team also takes pride in Imonggo being the first POS to employ the latest method in product classification. The tag system is the method used in Google, Yahoo, and a lot of blog sites to streamline items like blog posts and emails. Instead of the common top-down hierarchical classification system, these sites use tags to categorize every item, which allows for easy search.

In Imonggo, looking up items is made easy by searching tags. A search of the tags "red," "jeans," and "Gap," for instance, allows Imonggo users to easily view items that correspond to the tags used, i.e. red jeans from Gap.

The Imonggo team said this tag system is only one of the early innovations that they are going to put up to make Imonggo POS system a great venture for both account owners and their customers. "This is why everyone should recognize Imonggo as the most powerful inventory management software in the market today," they said.

Jesse agrees. "I think Imonggo and me will be partners for a long time," she said.
