Dots enhances website to allow customers to track fashions

Dots, the national fashion specialty apparel retailer, will bring interactive merchandising technology to its Web site. The fashion-forward site will allow customers to track fashions, search for product availability and be notified when the merchandise arrives at a nearby store.

Dots customers are on the cutting edge of technology and they demand interactivity and innovation as they browse online. The Company strived to exceed her expectations by creating a unique digital experience to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Dots.com hosts an every day Fashion Party infusing a mix of branding, fresh fashions and interactive features including the "Click It & Track It" technology. Customers can log on to site and with just one click, check for product availability at store locations within a 10 mile radius. If a particular product is not yet available, customers can request an email be sent to notify them when the merchandise is available to purchase. This tool will not only help bring customers in to a Dots store, but it is also tailored made for a female audience.
