MarketLive, Inc., the leading eCommerce software and service provider for midsized specialty retailers, announced that Francesca's Collections, one of the fastest-growing women's fashion retailers in the United States, has selected MarketLive to build a new eCommerce website. After an extensive evaluation process that started with 20 vendors, Francesca's selected MarketLive for its proven expertise with specialty retailers and robust eCommerce functionality "out of the box." Francesca's also cited MarketLive's total-solution approach that comprises technology, services, and deep partnerships with retailers to grow successful eCommerce businesses.

Built on the MarketLive v5.7 Intelligent Commerce Platform, the new site will enable Francesca's to increase revenues with MarketLive's Intelligent Marketing and Merchandising (IMM) Suite. MarketLive IMM Suite is a set of integrated segmentation, personalization, alerting, email, and search engine optimization (SEO) technologies that attract the right customers and reach individual shoppers with relevant emails and offers. Francesca's new site will strengthen the company's brand by reflecting the shopping experience of its 150 boutiques across the country. The new site will also enhance sales by driving customer loyalty through new one-to-one and interactive multichannel marketing programs.

"Our goal is to increase revenues for Francesca's both online and through our boutiques by creating a more robust eCommerce experience for our customers," said Theresa Backes, Vice President of Retail Stores for Francesca's. "After our thorough evaluation process, we are confident that we selected the right eCommerce vendor to help us achieve our objectives. We look forward to leveraging MarketLive's expertise and robust eCommerce solution to grow our business. We believe MarketLive's expertise and technology is an unbeatable combination."

The MarketLive v5.7 Intelligent Commerce platform combines powerful eCommerce software, highly reliable and scalable IT infrastructure, and the ability to easily integrate third-party and custom-built features. Francesca's will also have access to MarketLive Solutions including Intelligent Analytics as well as implementation and support services. Additionally, the retailer will participate in MarketLive Connections, a network of useful connections with similar retailers, partners, and industry experts.

"We welcome Francesca's to our family of apparel retailers and look forward to sharing our expertise and technology with them to help their online business grow," said Mark Pierce, Chief Executive Officer for MarketLive.
