To earn Gold Competency, partners must complete rigorous exams to prove their level of technology expertise, and ensure a high level of staffing capacity for their chosen competency. Among other requirements, Visual 2000 submitted customer references, implemented a yearly customer satisfaction study and passed technology and sales assessments.
