Nilotpal Chakravarti is an English literature graduate and a professionally qualified journalist. He has been in the domain of tracking general business and IT industry since the beginning of his career. Having worked with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), he knows the pulse of the Indian industry well. He has also tracked the outsourcing industry with Global Services, a CMP of the US and Cybermedia of India joint collaboration. In that capacity, he has written many insightful articles related to the outsourcing industry. Currently he is working as a Senior Analyst – Vertical Industry, with Springboard Research, an IT-focused market research firm based out of Singapore.
