Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association, in collaboration with Business Support Fund, has organized a seminar at Karachi's PHMA central office on August 22 to provide grants of up to Rs 1.8 million to SMEs.
BSF was established by the Pakistan Government with assistance of Asian Development Bank for such grants. This step would help the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to share their cost up to 50 percent.
The fund can be used for acquiring business services in various areas like marketing product development, IT, training, certification and professional services for machinery upgradation, business planning and many more.
