Bahamas Development acquires Incite Performance Wear

US headquartered Bahamas Development Corporation (BDC) has acquired Incite Performance Wear (IPW), the apparel manufacturing arm of Incite Brands LLC through private non dilutive financing. IPW manages an apparel manufacturing unit and also has dye sublimation printing facilities, while manufacturing performance clothing for private labels.
BDC will integrate IPW into its Apparel Brands and Manufacturing business division, which also includes the recently acquired Native Outfitters Performance Apparel Company.
According to BDC, the acquisition allows BDCI to capitalise on significant synergies through the alignment of production operations, while also offering strong infrastructure to support its growth. (AR)
