Flylow to integrate active insulations in mountain apparel

US-based Flylow will explore integrating active insulations in the mid layers of its mountain apparel, allowing those to be durable, insulating and more breathable so that those can be used in active scenarios as well as to keep warm, according to president Dan Abrams. It also wants to make more environmentally-sustainable and recycling-based products.
The company’s biggest market now is North America. It is witnessing strong growth in Norway, Japan and New Zealand, and anticipates similar growth throughout continental Europe in future, Abrams told Fibre2Fashion in an interview. (DS)
