Isko, the company with its long-established expertise in woven textile concepts, is currently presenting its latest edition of performance fabrics collection: Arquas 6.0 - resulting from the company’s Responsible Innovation approach, at Performance Days, Munich, Germany. Arquas 6.0 features 35 fabrics, most of which are made with certified recycled materials.

These textile concepts are all woven, even if many have the look and hand feel of knitted fabrics, ensuring superior durability and great recovery. They provide a broad range of performance properties, such as moisture management, UV and wind protection, heat retention, water and stain repellency.

The platform is all about versatility and what sets it apart from the rest of the market offer are Isko technologies, patented and state-of-the-art innovations that have shortly become a benchmark in the world of performance wear.

In Arquas 6.0 nylon is used for the first time presenting super light woven and cozy outdoor fabrics, reversible and packable styles, as well as patented fabrics, such as 4 way stretch Isko Blue Skin for a 360° elasticity. Finally, the collection offers super compact fabrics that are made suitable also for fully bonded garments with body shaping and high recovery properties.

To provide groundbreaking inspiration to its customers, the company’s world-class design team have created both a men’s and women’s garment collection based on three lifestyles – Active, Outdoor and Club Sports.

The Active collection is ideal for a wide range of sports from yoga to fitness to running. Whether participating in high- or low-impact activities, these fabrics perfectly fulfill the technical requirements of athleisure and performance-wear apparel.

Fabrics for Outdoor collection stand for superior comfort, durability, water repellency and breathability, protecting the wearer from the elements of nature in any kind of setting.

From the perfect golf swing to a wild horse ride, the Club Sports collection offers essential features such as maximum flexibility, fit and performance, making them ultimate textile concepts for the sportswear market.

Developed by the leading denim ingredient Isko, these exclusive cross-functional fabrics are being displayed at booth b18-19 / hall c1.

Today, Isko’s latest innovations are taking centre stage in the ‘Sustainable Business beyond Products, People and Processes’ panel. Held in the Expert Talk Area, this is moderated by Anna Rodelwald and features Rosey Cortazzi, Isko’s global marketing director. It is a chance to shed light on the sustainable products, materials and practices that top players in the textile industry are focusing on, sharing their journeys and talking about the challenges that the industry has to face for a better tomorrow.

Isko, the leading ingredient brand on a global level, is the first denim producer in the world to be recognised with the Nordic Swan and EU Ecolabel certifications. The company has a production capacity of 300 million meters of fabric per year with 2,000 high-tech automated looms. Isko has a global presence with offices in 35 countries, and is part of Sanko Tekstil, the textiles division of the Sanko Group.
