Kohl's, Amazon join hands for customer ease in Chicago, LA

Beginning October, leading omni-channel US retailer Kohl’s will offer free returns for Amazon customers at 82 stores across Los Angeles (LA) and Chicago. Kohl’s will pack and ship eligible Amazon return items for free at those select stores to offer more convenience to such customers, who can also use designated parking spots near the store entrance.

“This is a great example of how Kohl’s and Amazon are leveraging each other's strengths – the power of Kohl’s store portfolio and omni-channel capabilities combined with the power of Amazon’s reach and loyal customer base,” a press release from Kohl’s Corporation quoted chief administrative officer Richard Schepp of the company as saying.

Earlier this month, Kohl’s had announced that a new Amazon smart home experience would be available in 10 select stores across the Chicago and Los Angeles areas in October. (DS)
