The specialists in trousers, GARDEUR, are moving ahead with their verticalisation. The company has now consolidated its sales department and has created a new post in flash development and market networking.

Womenswear and Menswear Sales are being amalgamated under a National and an International Division. The National Division will gradually be taken over by Petra Pankoke – Womenswear straight away and Menswear from October. She will be handling this function in addition to her management activities at GARDEUR Service GmbH.

The International Division will be managed by Vasgen Arutunian. This will also include other German-speaking countries, i.e. Austria and Switzerland.

Furthermore, he will be responsible for delocalisation channels (forwarders, private labels and the GARDEUR online store).

Marc Alexander Kofler, previously Head of Menswear Sales (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) will be focusing on flash development and market networking. He will be the link between the market/the competition, on the one hand, and sales/product design, on the other. In this way, he will continue to develop the company's womenswear and menswear collections, ensuring that they meet the needs of their target groups. Marc Alexander Kofler will also be responsible for the fashionable and progressive men's and women's premium line g design.”

“This was the next logical step in our verticalisation strategy. We have created further potential for the verticalised development of our collections while creating clearly defined responsibilities. These structures will help us to become the fastest and only trousers specialist with a consistently vertical orientation, helping our trade partners to generate the greatest amount of profit,” says Gerhard Kränzle, CEO of GARDEUR GmbH.

But there are also innovations in the sales areas of Atelier GARDEUR: In addition to the Northern Sales Area, Olaf Schrader (Menswear) and Antje Dahlhoff (Womenswear), there is now also an Eastern Region. Gabriele Drechsler, previously responsible for the Eastern Sales Area, is leaving the company. Customers from eastern Germany can now also use the Hamburg showroom in addition to two showrooms that are only available during trade fairs (Berlin and Leipzig). The permanent showroom in Berlin has been discontinued due to staff restructuring.

Claudia Seiche, formerly head of Womenswear Sales (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), is leaving the company at her own request and will be focusing on new tasks.

The Mönchengladbach-based trouser specialist GARDEUR manufactures high-quality and innovative women's and men's trousers with a perfect fit. As Germany's only fully integrated trousers manufacturer, GARDEUR can cover all stages of the development at its atelier, thus ensuring a high standard of craftsmanship and flexible collection control.
