Angelica to hold annual meeting on October 31, names Jon Holt as Treasurer

Angelica Corporation, a leading provider of healthcare linen management services, announced that it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on October 31st 2006 with a shareholder record date of September 15th 2006.

The company also announced the appointment of Jon Holt as Treasurer. Holt, who initially joined Angelica in late January to fill a vacancy created by resignation, is a certified public accountant and spent seven years as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Most recently, he spent 12 years with Pulitzer Inc, where he held the positions of Controller and Treasurer.
