Christchurch based garments and homeware retailer Postie+ has achieved sales of $28 million for the quarter to October's end, which has gone up 12.9 percent over its previous performance.
Despite difficult trading conditions, the retailer put up commendable performance that has been attributed to prudent inventory and stock management. Ron Boskell joining as Chief Executive has been another factor responsible for the retailer's sales performance.
Backed by significant growth in first quarter sales, Postie+ Chairman Peter van Rij exuded confidence with fast approaching Christmas and winter season during May-July 2007 to peak up its sales.
