Raymond partners with AJ Rose

'Ring Plus Aqua' (RAPL) a subsidiary of Raymond, the major Indian textile brand has signed a joint venture agreement with 'AJ Rose Manufacturing' company USA.
RPAL manufactures and markets starter ring gears, integral shaft bearings, flexplates and sheet metal pulleys at its plant situated at Sinnar, near Nashik in Maharashtra, India.
AJ Rose is a premium sheet metal component manufacturer, from US.
Both the company has decided to set up a project for manufacturing sheet metal components in India.
The estimated cost of the project is about Rs166 million. A partnership of fifty-fifty will be shared by each company.
