XMI Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of premium mens' and boys' neckwear, dress shirts, sports shirts, and accessories, is introducing a "Revolution in Shirt Making" with the launch of its sophisticated Fall 2008 Signature Back Shirt Collection at the Designers Collective show (Booth no 2406) being held at Pier 94 in New York City.

"We initially conceived the concept some time ago with the intent of creating a shirt that offers greater flexibility and a more defined silhouette," said Bert Pulitzer, founder of XMI and the shirt's designer.

"Over the past few years, we've refined the initial design, tailoring it SPECIFICALLY for business casual wear occasions when the shirt becomes a major focus of a man's wardrobe," he explained.

"The shirts are extremely sharp looking and very distinctive from any of our competitors' designs. We are excited about adding the shirt to our fall lineup and are anticipating strong demand from our retailers," added Pulitzer.

Clean, modern, and flattering best describe the Collection that has a unique, almost engineered fit that enables more freedom of movement and unsurpassed comfort.

The stitching on the back of each shirt is what really makes this Collection stand out. It begins at the collar and accents the shoulder blades for a perfect fit.

"Fashion observers are telling us that it is the new business casual shirt," said Jack Khzouz, president and CEO of XMI. "Its unusual design commands attention on its own without a suit and tie.
