To accommodate a new generation of customers, Underworks also offers a padded brief that enhances the rear and legs, two areas that tend to lose muscle mass as men age. The briefs are made from micro fiber material as are Abi's new boxer short offerings.
"The micro fiber is smooth like silk and stretches four ways for more comfort," he said. "I'm very pleased to extend this option to our customers."
"Men's compression garments have been an overlooked niche in the marketplace," continued Abi. "And few men will go into a regular store and ask for a 'girdle,' much less try one on. The Internet gives them the privacy they need to search for, select and purchase items."
Abi has been fulfilling a steady flow of orders from his garment factory in Miami, Fla. and is expanding both the use of materials and his product lines.
He is planning to introduce new belly-buster products as well as low- compression items for the man who just wants a tightly fitted shirt that flattens him out under a jacket or suit.
