AEPC recently organized 2nd India market week at apparel House, Gurgaon from 21-25 January, 2008 with an objective to promote and boost up the Garment export industry.
The leading garment exporters from all part of the India having their showrooms in Apparel house displayed their latest collection for the event.
The buyers & buying agents were invited to the apparel house during India Market Week. Mr. Rakesh Vaid (Chairman AEPC) and Mr H.K.L. Magu (Chairman Apparel House Management Committee) took personal initiative for inviting the buyers and buying agents for the event.
The India Market Week was inaugurated by Mr Rakesh Vaid (Chairman AEPC). During inaugural ceremony Mr Virender Uppal, Mr. G.S. Madan, Mr H.K.L. Magu, Mr Lalit Thakural, Mr. Vasudev Loond and Mr. Anil Bamba Secretary General AEPC along with members of trade and showroom holders were present.
During the India Market Week 93 showroom holders displayed their latest collection of garments. 35 buyers from Australia, USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, France, Paris, Netherland, Japan, Poland & Kuwait and 30 buying agents from Mumbai, Noida, Delhi and Gurgaon visited during the event.
