Nordstrom Rack to open at City Center in White Plains

City Center is a $350 million residential-retail-entertainment complex in the heart of downtown White Plains. The 1.1 million square-foot development opened in October 2003. The complex features 400,000 square-feet of retail, which includes Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Filene's Basement, Target and New York Sports Club.
It also has 30,000 square-feet of restaurants, a 15-screen national Amusements Multiplex, the 450-seat White Plains Performing Arts Center and a residential component called One City Place.
