Q1 revenue at OmniaLuo up by 288%

OmniaLuo Inc has announced operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

OmniaLuo reported revenue of approximately $2.5 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, compared to approximately $0.7 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 – a 288% increase.

Revenue from sales to independent distributors for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 was approximately $1.7 million (65.6% of total sales revenue for the period), compared to approximately $0.5 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 - a 226% increase.

The increase in revenue from independent distributors was attributable to the increase in the number of independent distributor stores from 92 stores as of March 31, 2007 to 135 stores as of March 31, 2008, as well as an increase in sales by existing independent distributor stores.

Revenue from sales from Company-owned and co-owned stores for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 was approximately $0.9 million (34.4% of total sales revenue for the period), compared to approximately $0.1 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 - a 506% increase.

The higher increase in revenue from Company-owned and co-owned stores reflected the very high rate of increase in the number of Company-owned and co-owned stores from 11 such stores as of March 31, 2007 to 61 such stores as of March 31, 2008.

OmniaLuo reported overall gross profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 of approximately $1.5 million, compared to approximately $0.4 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 – a 287% increase.
