Garmatex Technologies (GTI) is the developer of Garmatex Holdings' recently licensed Garmatex scientifically-engineered fabric technologies and performance technologies, including a patented T3 design, Bact-Out, CoolSkin, WarmSkin, Kottinu, ColdSkin, SteelSkin, Satinu, CamoSkin, RecoverySkin, SlimSkin, AbsorbSkin and IceSkin. Garmatex Holdings has also agreed to acquire GTI subject to customary terms and conditions.
