Outlining Amway's strategic plans for '07, Mr. Banerji said, “this year's growth has been fueled by launching new products, as well as the opening up of over 50 offices in different locations across the country. We are confident that with all these initiatives Amway India will achieve the double-digit growth target”.
On this occasion, Mr. Rajesh Sinha, Area Manager – Karnataka, Amway India Enterprises, said, “Karnataka is one of the top 5 states for Amway India. Karnataka today contributes about Rs. 36 crores annually to Amway India's turnover."
"At the commencement of this year in January, we had 3 offices in Karnataka. In six months, we have added four new offices (Mysore, Tumkur, Bellary and Belgaum).We have plans to open offices in Gulbarga before the end of this year. With these infrastructure expansion and product additions, we are confident Karnataka will soon emerge as one among the top three markets for Amway India”.
