Citizens of Humanity enlists fashion marketing veteran Cindy Capobianco

Citizens of Humanity selected Capobianco & Associates to oversee their brand marketing and public relations.

Known for their luxury denim-wear and favored by fashion editors and celebrities alike, Citizens of Humanity has expanded to bring their seasonal collections and knitwear to an international audience. Capobianco has been brought on board to hone a consistent global message and to take the already distinguished brand even further.

Citizens of Humanity founder and designer, Jerome Dahan, a driving force in the designer denim movement, is often credited with repositioning denim as a luxury category. Dahan is enthusiastic about the partnership with Capobianco; "Cindy's experience is rooted in both designer fashion and denim, making her uniquely qualified to help take us where we need to go."

Citizens of Humanity is a leading designer and distributor of premium denim and other apparel. The company was founded by Jerome Dahan. Before he founded Citizens of Humanity, Dahan was a co-founder and the original designer of 7 For All Mankind, and the head designer at Lucky Brands.

Cindy Capobianco launched her own agency in 2005 after fifteen years of marketing experience with the world's greatest fashion brands.

Before launching Capobianco & Associates, Capobianco served as Vice President of Global Marketing for Gap. Prior to Gap, she ran the public relations departments for Donna Karan, Banana Republic, and Todd Oldham. In addition, she was a fashion editor at both Marie Claire and Allure.
