Cotton prices remain steady

For the last week cotton prices remained firm in Pakistan, said sources of Karachi Cotton Association.
The prices are Rs2425 per maund today.
In ready cotton, around 7300 cotton bales changed hands at three cotton stations.
Khanpur dominated the transactions with 6400 bales sold at Rs2475 per maund, 674 bales transacted at RYK for Rs2475 and only 247 bales sold at Upper Sindh for Rs2430 per maund.
