FENIN 2006 grows in exhibitors & visitorship

“FENIN permits us to make contacts and develop relationships,” says Everson Medeiros, commercial supervisor for Dudalina, a company from Blumenau (SC). “We received customers from all over Brazil and we closed export deals to New Zealand and Uruguay,” he added.

Arte Fios Tricot was also able to celebrate overseas business. “We got orders from Spain and Holland, and we sold a total of one full month of production,” informed Rogério Meirelles, factory owner. Zanatta, from Caxias do Sul, also commemorated.

“'We made good contacts with new clients and received some orders,” says Ruberlei Zanatta, brand stylist, who presented clothes with natural fibers, broad collars and slim models. For Danello, the results were surprising.

“Last year we obtained excellent results and this continued this edition. This time, we even sold to Holland,” says Francesco Danello, responsible for brand styling, and who developed a collection with differentiated leathers: lighter, with a washed look and with wire in pocket lapels and the jacket collar.

“This was our first time at FENIN and it really exceeded all our expectations in terms of visits and business deals made,” commemorated brand marketing manager, Karin Hering.

One of the novelties at this year's FENIN was the debut of the Brazil South Lingerie Show at the event, with 40 of the country's main lingerie fashion brands, such as TriFil and Amni.

“The Brazil South Lingerie Show added one more solid segment to the FENIN, offering buyers a unique chance to increase sales,” explains Ana Flôres, director of New Stage – the company responsible for putting on the Show.
