SMART Indian mojaris charm Riva Shoe Expo

The 68th Expo Riva Shoe Fair was held at Riva Del Garda, Italy from 16th June 2007 to 19th June 2007. The Society for Marketing of Artisan and Rural Things (SMART)- Mojari display was exhibited in Paolo Bove Stand situated in Hall no – B 2/A 08,A 10,B05.

According to Mr. Rajeev Lakhara, IRS, Managing Director, FDDI, “The objective of the participation was to showcase SMART's new range of designs for the summer 2008 & to strengthen & foster business association with our existing customer as well as add new list of prospective customer besides observing the design trends, colours for the coming season.”

“As Expo Riva Shoe Fair has establishes itself as one of the most important events in the large-scale distribution of footwear business hence it was imperative to display the products of the artisans in this fair who don't have any means to reach a market place like this” added Mr. Lakhara.

Apart from Mojari, SMART displayed entire range & new developments in ladies sandals, bags, and belts for the coming summer season-2008. The designs on display were an amalgamation of traditional and contemporary styles.

The buyers from France, UK, Romania, Spain, Greece, Switzerland & Germany visited the stall.
