K2 Inc to release Q1 financial results

K2 Inc, a leading consumer products company, announced that on Wednesday, April 26th 2006, after the close of the trading day, the company will release results for the three months ended March 31st 2006.
The company also said that Chairman and CEO Richard Heckmann, President and COO, Wayne Merck and CFO, Dudley Mendenhall will host an investor conference call that same day, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
The call will be open to all interested investors through a live audio Web broadcast via the Internet at www.k2inc.net and www.fulldisclosure.com. For those who are not available to listen to the live broadcast, the call will be archived.
