True Religion appoints InGroup Licensing as licensing agent

Apparel company True Religion Apparel Inc has announced the appointment of InGroup Licensing as its exclusive licensing agent, effective June 5th 2006.
InGroup is the industry leading fashion licensing company with licensed product revenues exceeding 1 billion annually in each of the past 9 years. InGroup's management is led by Steven Seidman, a 25 year industry veteran who concentrates on developing fashion and lifestyle brands globally.
Steven successfully started the licensing program at Guess Inc, which is today one of the top license revenue generating apparel brands around the world. InGroup's portfolio includes trend setting contemporary fashion brand Kenzie, as well as the top youth brand Mudd, in addition to Smith and Wollensky.
InGroup was the recipient of the prestigious 'Fashion Licensee of the Year' in 2002, as well as 'License's Forty under Forty'. It is a full service licensing company concentrating in fashion and lifestyle brand extensions. It develops programs that fully integrate the disciplines of marketing, merchandising, advertising, and promotion while bolstering profit.
