Zumiez Inc declares public offering of common stock

Zumiez Inc announced that one of its shareholders, Brentwood-Zumiez Investors, LLC, is offering 1,609,090 shares of Zumiez Inc.'s common stock in a public offering. Piper Jaffray & Co. is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.

Zumiez Inc will issue no new shares in this transaction and the selling shareholder will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering.

Brentwood-Zumiez Investors, LLC is an entity formed in 2002 by affiliates of Brentwood Private Equity III, LLC, a private equity firm ("Brentwood Associates"), to hold Brentwood Associates' investment in Zumiez Inc. The proposed sale of the shares described above constitutes all of remaining ownership interest of Brentwood-Zumiez Investors, LLC in Zumiez Inc.
