François-Henri Pinault new Chairman of PUMA AG's Supervisory Board

In meeting, the supervisory board of PUMA AG has unanimously appointed François-Henri Pinault, chairman and CEO of the PPR S.A., as its chairman. Thore Ohlsson will remain deputy chairman.
François-Henri Pinault, together with Mr. Jean-François Palus and Mr. Grégoire Amigues, had moved into PUMA AG's supervisory board with effect as of 16 June 2007 after the term of office of the former chairman of the supervisory board Mr. Johann C. Lindenberg and the former supervisory board members Mr. Hinrich Stahl und Mr. Günter Herz had ended upon the expiry of 15 June 2007.
