From 2008, Beautyworld, the first international trend and order venue of the year for the beauty and cosmetic sector, will be concentrated into three days. This is the result of intensive discussions held by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH with representatives of the sector and Beautyworld exhibitors.
"Three days are ideal for the beauty market. This is exactly the right time for exchanging information and ideas on a national and international plane, as well as for placing orders. The time budgets of the trade and industry are shrinking constantly. We want to support the sector in this respect, too, and offer the best possible conditions in terms of timing", says Dr. Michael Peters, Member of the Board of Management of Messe Frankfurt GmbH, explaining the planned changes.
Saturday and Sunday are the days with the most visitors at Beautyworld. Accordingly, the sequence of days at the international trade fair will change from next year. From then on, Beautyworld will begin on a Friday and end on the following Sunday.
The dates of the next event have already been set: 25 to 27 January 2008. As in the past, Beautyworld will take place parallel to the Paperworld and Christmasworld trade fairs, which are scheduled to open their doors a couple of days beforehand, on 23 January.
As in the past, around 400 exhibitors from all over the world are expected to attend Beautyworld 2008.
