Nexia Holdings Inc a diversified holding company with operations in fashion retail, health and beauty, and real estate, announced its preliminary, estimated retail sales results (unaudited) for its Black Chandelier and Landis Lifestyle Salons ("Landis"), and income from Nexia's real estate holdings, for the one-month and nine-months ended September 30, 2007. Actual financial results will be filed in the Company's 10-QSB in November 2007.
Nexia's wholly owned subsidiary Gold Fusion Laboratories, owner of the Black Chandelier retail operations, estimates retail sales of $47,222 for the month of September 2007 compared to sales of $54,587 in the month of September 2006, representing a decrease of 13%.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2007, retail sales totaled $663,944 compared to $334,319 for the same period in 2006, a significant gain of 99% that the Company attributes to the expansion of its retail operations into four stores during 2007.
